Sunsure Energy inaugurates 15 MWp solar power plant in Uttar Pradesh

Sunsure Energy has announced the commissioning of the 15 MWp open access solar power plant in Uttar Pradesh’s Mahoba district.

The project will help in providing 23.5 million units of clean energy on an annual basis to some of Uttar Pradesh’s largest companies at a low cost, that would enable savings of more than 30 per cent on power expenses. It will contribute to the reduction of 20,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions. The solar plant is connected to the 132/33 kV Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL) substation in Kabrai. The plant spans across 54 acres of land and is built with 470 Wp modules and string inverters.
