AmpIn Energy signs a PPA with JCAPCPL for 2.8 MWp solar project

AmpIn Energy Transition has entered into a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Jamshedpur Continuous Annealing and Processing Company Private Limited (JCAPCPL), a joint venture between Tata Steel Limited and Nippon Steel Corporation, to supply 2.8 MWp of solar energy for its plant in Jamshedpur.

Under the terms of this agreement, AmpIn Energy Transition will install solar panels for JCAPCPL. This strategic alliance between JCAPCPL and AmpIn Energy Transition not only underscores the potential of clean energy but also paves the way for similar initiatives that can redefine the corporate approach to sustainability. As the solar panels become operational, the 2.8 MWp of energy generated will be seamlessly integrated into JCAPCPL’s operations, reducing its carbon footprint and leading to sustainable business practices.
