Ambit Global Private Client (Ambit GPC) has successfully completed the private placement of over 13 per cent equity shares in Power Exchange India Limited (PXIL).
The transaction attracted strong interest from a diverse set of investors, including Norwest Venture Partners, Poonawalla Vision Fund 1 (managed by Ambit Wealth Private Limited), as well as select leading family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Ambit GPC cited PXIL’s profitable business model and long-term value creation potential as key factors driving investor interest in the placement.
