ReNew Green Energy Solutions Private Limited has secured a USD 95 million equity investment led by LeapFrog Investments.
The funding round includes a USD 50 million commitment from LeapFrog, with additional participation from the Emerging Market Climate Action Fund and Carlyle AlpInvest. The investment will support the expansion of ReNew Green’s 2.5 GW commercial and industrial renewable energy portfolio and strengthen its offering of cost-competitive clean energy solutions for industrial decarbonisation in India.
