Torrent Power Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Torrent Green Hydrogen Private Limited (TGHPL).
TGHPL has been incorporated to engage in various activities related to hydrogen and its derivatives. These activities include manufacturing, assembling, purchasing, purifying, storing, transporting, experimenting with, supplying, trading, and generally dealing in hydrogen, as well as its byproducts and derivatives such as ammonia, chemicals, compressed natural gas, and mineral substances. Additionally, TGHPL will be involved in the generation, transmission, purchase, trading, and storage of power, encompassing all forms of conventional, renewable, or any combination of storage technologies, along with other sources of energy, including electrical power and energy, across various aspects.
