Websol Energy System has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Linton Crystal Technologies to explore photovoltaic (PV) ingot and wafer manufacturing in India.
As part of the collaboration, Websol plans to procure ingot and wafer production equipment from Linton, while the -based company will provide technical expertise and training support. The initiative is aimed at reducing import dependence for key solar manufacturing inputs and strengthening.
